About The Hensley House
Our Story
Our father Franklin Hensley spent half his life living on his beloved farm in Laketown Township. For most of his time there, he had an amazing vegetable garden, cows, chickens, rabbits and a host of other critters. Later on as age began to make it too difficult to keep up with the rigors of farm life, dad spent his time making the farm look beautiful. Growing flowers, a landscaped lawn and fruit trees all highlight the gorgeous property.
Dad's favorite pastime though was sharing his farm with others. Taking long walks around the two ponds, showing off the island fruit orchard were things he took great pride in. With this in mind, we have created The Hensley House for people to enjoy and get away to.
Our Property
17 acre hobby farm with a newly remodeled two bedroom, 1 bath ranch home. Full kitchen, living room and laundry for longer stays. A firepit, fishing or taking long walks are just a few of the outdoor amenities available.

The home boasts a screened in porch, 4 smart TV's, high speed internet and WIFI, laundry, walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms with queen and king sized beds. Living has a wood burning fireplace. Home sleeps up to six.
